Neal Family Cab is a Liquid Art classic for many reasons. Tasting notes

Opening a fresh bottle of this wine shows that it is young, juicy, and sits with its bright crimson color. Characteristics of Maraschino cherries, Red Delicious apple, a hint of savoriness, and strong tannins makes this a powerful one. Another bottle was double decanted 2 hours prior for comparison that unfolded its true colors. The red fruit quality evolved into black currant, plum, and baked cranberry with allspice. The hint of savoriness matured into smoked meats, thyme, and black pepper. The tannins softened immensely and made this wine even more enjoyable and sound.
