July 2022

This delightful Blanc de Blancs marries excellent depth of character – all the citrus, crisp pear and floral aromas of chardonnay – with charm. Properly dry, but very harmonious, thanks to the excellent balance of citrusy freshness and creaminess. Long, clean finish, accentuated by the lively mousse.

The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Cuis 1er Cru is loaded with intense saline, mineral and savory inflections that play off the lemon and grapefruit flavors. Taut and nervy, with striking tension, the 1er Cru hits all the right notes. I love the energy here. Disgorged: November 15, 2019.
