Use of organic humus, sowing and green manure to improve the soil quality. In all of our working premises we have a plastic free approach.

March 2022 (Vintage 2020)

Bright, radiant ruby red. Scents of candied raspberries, ripe cherries, and delicate floral notes. Very crisp and juicy on the palate, with savoury red berry nuances. Supple and drinkable.
