Tilia is the Latin name for the Linden tree found throughout Mendoza. In Argentina’s wine country, the tree’s leaves are commonly used by vineyard workers to brew a popular, calming tea. Fermented using specially selected yeast at a maximum temperature of 14-16C for 21 to 30 days. The Chardonnay was then aged in French and American Oak for 3 months.
This crisp wine offers explosions of tropical fruit on the palette and strong aromas of ripe citrus fruits on the nose. The finish of the chardonnay is clean and bright.
