David Lawrason, Décembre 2020This an organically grown cava from fairly high altitude sites. It is firm, dry and fairly intense in flavour with interesting aromas of rye bread, sunflower or pumpkin seed, green olive and green pear. Something very Mediterranean about the nose. It is mid-weight, solid, firm and even, with very good to excellent length. Tasted December 2020
