August 2019

This pale organically produced cava shows a quite generous nose of pear custard, vanilla and almond biscotti. It is medium weight, fleshy yet dry with more fruit presence than many. Very nicely balanced and generous. The length is very good to excellent. Not typical cava but very engaging.

July 2018

Possibly the best value, organic sparkling wine sold in BC, but inexplicably not in government stores. The nose is a fruity, savoury, enticing mix of wild herbs, citrus and stony mineral notes. The palate is a mix of green apples, lemon peels, nuts and citrus rind with fresh, cleansing acidity balanced by its impressive creamy textures. Extremely food-friendly and well worth seeking out in the private sector.
