Notes of dark plums and spices with marked hints of chocolate, coffee beans and earth. Full body, structured and very grainy tannins, layers of dark fruit with delicate umami tones and a super tasty finish. This is a 'natural wine' made without added sulfites.
Brambly with dark olive hues complemented by hints of burnt oranges. This has an expressive nose on the darker end of the spectrum. On the palate, it’s fresh and incisive with supple tannins. The fruity finish is refreshing, enveloping and enjoyable. Aged for eight months in clay amphora.
