The vineyards lay on a bed of limestone soil at an altitude of approximately 700 meters above sea level in the southwest of the province of Valencia.
Organic wine crafted from verdejo grapes grown in Spain since the 11th Century. This crispy wine is plush with exotic aromas and flavours of lime, lemon, and a hint of fennel. Great to be enjoyed as an aperitif or savour withwhite meat, pasta, fish or cheese.
Kiwi fruit, fresh pears, chopped apples and herbs on the nose. Grapefruit too, with a hint of bitter fennel. It’s medium-bodied and gently waxy with pleasantly bitter, pithy undertones. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
