Product notes
The elegance and style of Catalina Moreno Rodillo, wife of Santa Ema’s founder, are the inspiration for this wine. It’s a way to honor his love for the family, especially for his wife, as Félix Pavone Arbea placed his wife on this wine as a special dedication. Its unique character and distinction are reflected in the exclusive cloth label. The name was written in Catalina’s own handwriting, and then delicately sewn onto the cloth. This intense and complex blend reveals the typicity of the emblematic varieties of Chile, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere, together with the elegance and silkiness of Cabernet Franc. All of the elegance and harmony of Santa Ema in just one bottle, with more than 25 years of history.
