A generous style, evoking smoky cherry, sandalwood, floral and mineral aromas and flavors. Firms up, yet all the components are in the right proportions as this winds down on the savory aftertaste. Best from 2021 through 2033.

This had also just been bottled. A slightly more elegant nose is composed of pretty red pinot, wild dark berries, earth and a hint of the sauvage. The medium-bodied flavors are delicious, round and quite generous also enjoy excellent phenolic maturity of the structural elements and again, while this is sufficiently firm to warrant mid-term cellaring, could easily be enjoyed early on.
