Bright light golden colour and hue. Pure nose with a gentle evolution, mild oak (neutral or larger casks), some lees-derived toast and butter with pale stone fruit, some floral and herbal notes. Grppy and textured with fine extract a vivid acidity giving a lift to the ripe fruit flavours, structured and long finish with fine purity and layers.

Andreas Larsson was a professional chef before switching his passion to wine. He was voted best sommelier in the word in 2007 by the International Sommelier association. He is currently the wine director at the renowned restaurant PM & Vänner in Växjö, Sweden as well as a mentor for new up and coming sommeliers. Taste by Andreas Larrson is based in Bordeaux where most of the professional tasting take place, unless Andreas is travelling.
