Bright pale red. Fresh aromas and flavors of red berries, dried herbs, licorice and tea. Clean, juicy and youthfully chewy, offering bright Sangiovese colors, aromas and flavors of tea leaf, licorice, and red berries that linger nicely on the long, violet-accented, savory, slightly peppery finish. One of the more interesting, fresher Brunellos from Agostina Pieri in years. Very well done.
