Septembre 2024 (Millésime 2023)

The dance between high tensile focus and fruit concentration is done beautifully here. Minerality and cadence is a leitmotif with this wine. Notes of white peach, lime, grapefruit, crushed river-stone, lemongrass, lemon barley water, Christmas lily and lime cordial. There's a wonderful tubular palate shape, the flavours pulling across the tongue at pace, before coalescing and flowing seamlessly off into the distance, dry and slatey. Just lovely.

Décembre 2020 (Millésime 2020)

There are aromas of lime pie and some light fresh herbs, as well as white peach and pastry. The palate has impressive concentration and deep-set lime and sweet apple flavors. Treads the off-dry line nicely. Super fresh, pithy resolve. From biodynamically grown grapes.

Novembre 2020 (Millésime 2020)

Generous and tender with its delicate nose of white talc, nectarine and red apple fruit. It is pure and offers excellent clarity. Medium-sweet in style (56g/L), it has a line of acidity that acts like a claw holding the wine together. Seductive and structural with a lengthy finish; open this at breakfast and it’ll be gone before coffee break.

Fresh and fruity with melon and yellow plum aromas and flavors with some sliced cooked apple. Sweet pears. Medium-bodied, off dry and a fruity finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification.
