Antonio Galloni, Août 2023 (Millésime 2021)The 2021 Lassù a Lamole is quite potent and savory in this vintage. Dried herbs, chamomile, tangerine peel, lemon confit and almond build nicely in the glass. Readers will find a complex mountain white with plenty of nuance, but a fruit profile that is very much in the background.
