This bottling reflects the past several years' fine-tuning the winery's vision in the vineyard and in the cellar. Including small amounts of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Malbec, it's a rounded, concentrated wine that expresses the vintage with ripe, grippy tannins that beg for further resolution. Blackberry, clove and leather flavors rise to the fore.

A solid cabernet with lots of blackberry, chocolate and walnut character. It’s full-bodied with plenty of fruit and a flavorful finish. Juicy and intense. Needs time to soften and mellow.

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon 1882 is a delicious entry-level wine from Inglenook. Plump, juicy and voluptuous in the glass, the 1882 is done in a forward, fruit-driven style that will deliver considerable pleasure.

Inglenook’s entry-level Cabernet is delightfully graceful and balanced on the nose, combining ripe red fruits, burning charcoal embers and potpourri aromas. The palate has a beautifully polished texture, finishing with a classically-Rutherford, soft but persistent tannin profile. Impressive value.

Lots of ripe blackcurrants with creamy oak. Smooth, with superbly fine-grained tannins, with a long lasting earthy and delicate finish.

A small production, Cabernet-dominated blend that gives ripe red plum and black cherry flavours, tightly wound but wrapped in silky tannins - meaning this has a power to it but in a more accessible delivery. Confident and spiced with flavour and plenty of signature Inglenook balance. Named after the year Gustave Niebaum delivered the first vintage of his new Rutherford estate. 15% new French oak, the rest one-fill barrels both French and American.

The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon 1882 shows just how compelling this vintage is, even at the entry-level. Black cherries, plums, menthol, lavender and licorice flow across the palate in a dark, sumptuous wine endowed with real depth and nuance. Fleshy and supple, but with plenty of supporting acidity and vintage 2013 energy, the 1882 is a terrific introduction to the vintage. This is a very serious wine.

The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, juicy wine that offers quite a bit of immediacy and pure appeal. Super-ripe dark cherry, plum, mocha, spice, leather and licorice are all kicked up in this plush, succulent entry-level Cabernet Sauvignon from Inglenook. This is an especially fine edition of the 1882.

A soft and fruity wine with chocolate, walnuts and hints of cedar. Full body and round and velvety tannins. Very pretty.
