An elegant and complex white that balances ripe plumpness with beautiful freshness and energy. Fleshy stone fruit and crisp apple flavors show subtle honeyed edges and a salted buttercream note, all built around a smoky, flinty mineral spine. Well-meshed, with good length and bitter white tea tannins driving the finish. Will only get better with a few years in bottle.
