Today in Valdobbiadene, Bisol specializes in making Prosecco Superiore DOCG, from grapes grown under what locals term “heroic viticulture” the steep hills of Valdobbiadene.

A serious nose, with green apples, nectarines, chalk and a hint of white blossom. Off-sweet and fruity, but rendered in a subtle way with a fresh, persistent fizz. Good length here. Not just about sweetness.
