Product notes
The vineyards are located on soils made of white limestone that lay at an altitude of approximately 700 meters above sea level in the southwest of the province of Valencia.
Production notes
Fermentation takes place at 18°C.The wine goes through a short maceration time of 6-7 days. A brief period of French oak aging lends an elegant yet subtle note of toast to the wine.
Tasting notes
Farmed on organic vineyards with minimal intervention, this wine exhibits intense notes of rich fruit. Elegant and balanced aromas meld seamlessly into flavours of plum and strawberries.
