Product notes
The wine ages for 6 months in French and American oak. Easy to drink and enjoy, and goes well with a wide range of food and cuisines.
Production notes
Selected vines throughout the Central Valley, between the two mountain ranges, which exert their influence on the characteristics required of the grape. This valley is characterized by having a temperate Mediterranean climate, with cold winters and dry, hot summers.
Tasting notes
An intense ruby red color with delicate aromas of black and red fruit like plum, blackberry, and raspberry with a hint of toast. The wine is very well balanced on the palate, with a long finish. It’s ideal for red meats, well spiced dishes, stews, and cheeses.
