Product notes

A luscious Bordeaux blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, with a dash of Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Tasting notes

This luscious Cabernet exhibits inviting aromas of dark red fruit, blood orange and fresh plum on the nose, with undertones of rose petals, cinnamon bun, and gingerbread. Flavors of dark fruit, black olives and blackberries, are followed by hints of moss and savory dried herbs. This age-worthy Cabernet has great density and length, and is complex yet nimble on the back palate with a long, balanced aftertaste.

November 2021 (Vintage 2019)

Fruity nose of ripe currants, stewed raspberries, blackberries, coffee and mint chocolate. Full-bodied, rich and ripe with firm tannins. Chewy. From organically grown grapes
