Product notes

This Sancerre is a cuvée made from the three famous Sancerre terroirs. It has an intense bouquet and a flavorful palate. It bursts forth with lots of ripe fruit flavors and vegetal aromas. A new world-style Sancerre, yet true to its unique terroirs.

Tasting notes

Pale green-yellow color. Intense vegetal and citrus aromas on the nose. An unctuous, yet powerful, palate. The intense gooseberry flavors are complimented by a long lasting finale.Great to enjoy as an apéritif. Goes very well with oysters or lobster but excellent with goat cheese.

January 2024 (Vintage 2022)

This Sancerre leans into being fulsome. Slightly gold in color, the wine has an aromatic nose of golden apple, orange marmalade, Bosc pear and dried white blossom petal. The wine is slightly creamy in texture with a combination of ripe and tart fruit on the palate.

September 2022 (Vintage 2021)

Smoke, sliced green apples and lime juice on the nose, following through to a dry and limey palate with crunchy, lingering green apple. Zesty and succulent, with some nice texture to it, too. An excellent introduction to Sancerre.

January 2024 (Vintage 2022)

Fruity and straightforward with green apples, sliced pears and warm herbs on the nose. Medium body with fresh acidity. Fruity and refreshing with a clean finish.

November 2021 (Vintage 2021)

This vivacious, fruity wine is bright with acidity and herbal flavors, filled out with a mineral edge and crisp aftertaste. From selected vineyard sites in Sancerre, the wine should be ready from 2022.
