Luminous straw-gold. Varietally accurate aromas and flavors of smoke, grilled pork, white pepper and tropical fruit, but this has a lemony zing that gives a graceful mouthfeel despite a hint of chewy tannins at the back. The finish is long and ripe.
Very ripe notes of pear and peach dominate the nose, while the palate brims with freshness. The concentrated body has texture from the zestiness but also that background of ripe richness. It finishes completely dry, with a streak of mandarin on the long finish.
