The unbelievable lightness of being. So elegant and filigreed on the barely medium-bodied palate, with an almost steely acidity that gives this a wonderful brilliance at the very long finish. Less upfront succulence than normal for the Mosel Spatlese category, but that makes it feel lighter and even more animating. Excellent aging potential.
