Tasting notes

The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon, Yountville Selection is a wine of wonderfu complexity . There is a bouquet of ripe cassis, raspberry jam, and succulent blueberry, deep red fruit aromatics layered with hints of red pepper and sandalwood. It showcases subtle notes of fresh blueberries , blackberries blended with citrus and orange peel.

Lots of currants and blackberries on the nose with some violets, following through to a full body with round, creamy tannins and a flavorful finish. Nice balance and freshness to this. Always well balanced. From organically grown grapes.
